
The “Made in Ukraine” reception in Washington, D.C., became an important platform for discussing Ukraine's recovery and new partnership projects. Organized by Ukraine House in conjunction with the IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings, the event brought together representatives of the U.S. government, American businesses, think tanks, and diplomats to emphasize their support for Ukraine's growth.

The evening was opened by Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Oksana Markarova. At the reception, she thanked the U.S. government and business community for their consistent support.
Jose V. Fernandez, Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Economic Growth, Energy and the Environment, also noted that 30,000 new businesses were registered in Ukraine over the year, and investments grew by 17%, which was made possible by successful economic reforms.
Ukraine's Finance Minister Sergiy Marchenko assured of the country's commitment to victory and prosperity, while National Bank Governor Andriy Pyshnyi spoke about the stability of the banking system even during the war and its long-term development strategy.
Bernard Mensah, President of Bank of America's International Division, emphasized the importance for businesses to integrate the “Ukrainian strategy” into their operations.

Ruslana Rymarska, President of the Ukrainian Association of Food Producers, emphasized Ukraine's potential in the global market through innovation and international partnerships.
The evening was memorable for the performance of the band ”Gerdanand authentic Ukrainian dishes from RUTA RUTA.

This reception was a symbol of the strong ties between Ukraine and the United States and confirmed the readiness of international partners to support Ukraine's recovery and development.
