A charity bazaar organized by Ukrainian communities and local artists took place in Huntsville, Alabama to support Ukraine and raise awareness of the importance of helping in these difficult times. All products at the market were made by Ukrainians and local artists.
This was reported by the organizers of the event Support Ukraine, Ukrainians IN USA, Huntsville Madison, JW Mims.
At the traditional Ditto Landing Christmas Market in Huntsville, locals and visitors had the opportunity to buy unique handmade products created by Ukrainians and local artists, as well as participate in raising funds to support Ukraine.
"Together we support our country in these difficult times," said the event organizers.
In addition to the art, guests could enjoy delicious food, music and warm drinks.
This year's event gathered a large number of participants, including both Ukrainians and locals who joined the solidarity action.
"Thank you all for coming today and helping us with our charity event. Today we raised $595. Thank you, friends!" said Anna Molchanova, one of the organizers.
All proceeds will be used to help those affected by the war in Ukraine.
