Ukrainian Pavilion Showcases Drone Industry Innovations at Commercial UAV Expo 2025 in Las Vegas

The Ukrainian Pavilion was presented at the international Commercial UAV Expo 2025 in Las Vegas – North America’s largest event dedicated to commercial unmanned systems. This was the second time Ukraine introduced its national stand, which this year brought together more than ten leading companies in the industry.

This was reported by Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco.

Participants of the pavilion included AeroDrone, Bavovna.AI, Bluebirddrone, Boxo Ukraine, DroneUA, Free UAV, Sine Engineering, BP United Inc., Farsight Vision, and “Drone Sky Technologies.” The event was organized by DroneUA | Futurology Tech with the support of the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, Diia.City United, the Lviv City Council, and IRON Cluster within the Fleet of Millions initiative.

During the opening, Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco Dmytro Kushneruk stated: “Ukraine has tremendous experience and significant results in the field of drones. We are even called a ‘drone nation.’ Recently, Ukraine proposed the so-called ‘Drone Deal’ to the U.S. The United States can invest in the production of Ukrainian drones and receive solutions tested on the battlefield. In return, Ukraine can gain access to advanced American technologies and equipment. This deal could strengthen both countries.”
“Україна має величезний досвід та вагомі результати в сфері безпілотників. Нас навіть називають “нацією дронів”. Нещодавно Україна запропонувала США так звану «Дронову угоду». Сполучені Штати можуть інвестувати у виробництво українських безпілотників та отримати рішення, перевірені на полі бою. Натомість Україна може отримати доступ до передових американських технологій та обладнання. Ця угода може підсилити обидві країни”.

He also highlighted the interest of American agencies in using Ukrainian drones for rescue operations in challenging conditions: “Ukrainian drones, tested in war, have great potential in this market. They can be adapted and successfully solve rescue tasks once the export opportunity is opened.”

Among the innovations that attracted visitors’ attention was Bavovna.AI’s solution for autonomous navigation in the absence or jamming of GPS signals. Their flagship MultiVector Airflow sensor allows orientation without satellite navigation, which is critically important for both commercial and military systems.

Boxo Ukraine showcased its solutions in drone transportation and protection – precision cases and inserts that ensure equipment safety even in the toughest conditions. The company emphasized that participation in the expo confirms the entry of Ukrainian engineering developments onto the global stage.

The event also featured panel discussions, including “A $15 Billion Sky: How Agricultural Drones Drive America’s Next Tech Boom.” Participants discussed the economic potential of agricultural drones in the U.S., estimated at no less than $15 billion, and shared Ukraine’s experience, where this sector has grown at an exceptional pace.

The final highlight was the roundtable “Lessons from Ukraine: The Future of Commercial Drones and Counter-Drone Technologies,” where discussions focused on integrating counter-drone systems, expanding production, and localizing technologies. “The so-called ‘Drone Deal’ between Ukraine and the U.S. is now being finalized. The United States will purchase thousands, possibly millions of drones from Ukraine, while Ukraine will receive the technologies it currently lacks. This will be a landmark step in strengthening ties between the two countries and modernizing the drone industry here,” noted Dmytro Kushneruk.

With its expanded format, the Ukrainian Pavilion this year became one of the key focal points for investors, integrators, and industry peers from different countries, reaffirming Ukraine’s status as a global leader in the drone industry.
