North American One United Fundraiser Tour Raises Over UAH 102.5 Million to Defend Ukraine

The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) and the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation announced the successful completion of the 2026 North American One United Fundraiser Tour, which raised over UAH 102.5 million to support the Ukrainian military and protect civilian infrastructure from Shahed drone attacks.

This was reported by the Unite With Ukraine.

“This tour showed that when our global Ukrainian community stands united with our partners and allies, we can turn solidarity into life-saving action,” emphasized Pavlo Grod, President of the Ukrainian World Congress.

The tour was reportedly organized by the Ukrainian World Congress in partnership with the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation and the 412th Nemesis Brigade of Ukraine. During a series of events in eight cities across Canada and the United States, military command and civil society representatives engaged with Ukrainian communities about modern drone warfare and technologies to counter air threats.

The meetings were held in Toronto, Kitchener, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, New York, Fairless Hills, Washington, and Chicago. Thousands of participants participated in open discussions, technical briefings, and question-and-answer sessions.

It was also noted that the tour was part of a broader global campaign, “Yedynozbir,” which aims to raise 1 billion hryvnias to fund smart drone interception systems and other defense equipment to neutralize Iranian-made Shahed drones used to attack Ukrainian cities and infrastructure.

Separately, the organizers thanked the Myhal Family Foundation for a matching donation of 500,000 Canadian dollars, which significantly increased the amount of funds raised.

“Every dollar raised through the One United Fundraiser helps stop drones targeting Ukrainian homes, hospitals, and energy infrastructure,” said Pavlo Grod.

According to the organizers, the funds raised will be used to develop drone interception technologies and specialized training programs to detect and destroy aerial threats before they reach residential areas, hospitals, schools, or energy facilities.

“We will continue to mobilize support and stand shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine until the Russian terrorist state is defeated,” he concluded.
