The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has announced that a $3.9 billion grant from the United States will be used to pay salaries. These funds will be transferred through the World Bank.
"This money will be used to pay salaries to rescuers, teachers, doctors, as well as social support programs. We expect the grant to arrive in the near future", said Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
