The event, dedicated to the support of the USA to Ukraine, brought together residents and guests. The program included traditional American food, music and entertainment. In this way the city thanked its partners for their help and introduced the American culture to the residents of Bucha.

"America's Day was held in Bucha, an event dedicated to our important partners and friends who support not only the community of Bucha, but also the whole Ukraine at the national level. We deliberately chose the date right after Ukraine's Independence Day to symbolically express our gratitude to the United States for its support of the Ukrainian people in their fight for freedom", he said.
According to the mayor, Bucha municipality and its partners created a real American atmosphere at the celebration. There were traditional burgers and hot dogs, a competition for the best apple pie, basketball, and typical American music performed by the Pocheap Beat Band.
The organizers thanked Ukraine Focus charitable foundation and other partners for their help in organizing the event.
