On August 30, 2024 the last boat party of the summer - Independence Day of Ukraine Boat Cruise - took place on the River Gambler in Toronto.

The event lasted until midnight and gave the participants an unforgettable experience and an atmosphere of celebrating Ukraine's independence.
During the evening the participants had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious catering. The menu included traditional Ukrainian dishes such as borsch, dumplings and juicy meat, which added to the atmosphere of home comforts and a real holiday.
The program of the event included an impressive series of performances: ViolaSet with an authentic combination of Ukrainian ethnicity and modern music; Nastasia Y, who combined jazz, funk and electronica with Ukrainian folklore; Ukrainian acoustic band Nezisvitu; and Gravity with a powerful singer and DJ. The evening was also graced by stand-up comedian Alex Kotsyk, founder of UCrazy StandUp, and ended with a Ukrainian DJ afterparty by SoJune with a special DJ set by Kirill Savransky.

The rain, which started a few minutes before the end of the event, prevented the charity lottery from taking place. In order to compensate for the failure of the lottery, the prizes will be drawn at the next event organized by UCrazy Standup, where the planned lottery will take place.
The funds raised during the event in the amount of $2,250 CAD will be used to purchase FPV drones for Ukraine.
