The United States is studying Ukraine's "Victory Plan and considering additional options to help Ukraine in its confrontation with Russia. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during a conference in New York, where the UN General Assembly was meeting.

"We have taken important steps to support the people of Ukraine as they continue to defend themselves against ongoing Russian aggression and continue to defend their sovereignty and independence, their right to decide their own future," Blinken said.
Regarding Ukraine's use of American weapons against military targets in Russia, Blinken noted that the administration and allies are studying the "Ukraine Victory Plan" in detail and are ready to consider "additional actions" to support Ukrainians in achieving victory.
"We are looking at this very carefully, including what we or other partners of Ukraine might need to do - if anything - additional actions to help them achieve this success," Blinken said.
In turn, the American media, citing sources verifythat US is "not impressed" with Ukraine's victory plan and is concerned about "the lack of a comprehensive strategy in the war with Russia.
