The festival was a festive start to the season, bringing together communities of different cultures through folk dancing, music, baking, and arts and crafts. The program included performances by dance groups from various countries, including the Ukrainian ensemble Cheremosh, the Mexican ballet company Mexico Azteca, and the Japanese Sansei Yonsei Kai.

Dance and music groups representing Latvian, Mexican, Czech, Slovak and other cultures also performed at the International Holiday Festival. These included Pērkoniņš - Latvian Folk Dancers, a Latvian dance ensemble; Away Runakuna, a group performing South American or Andean dances; S.G. Edelweiss, an ensemble performing traditional Austrian or Alpine dances; Armenian Dance Ensemble, an ensemble performing traditional Armenian dances; North Star Nordic Dancers, performers of traditional Scandinavian dances; and others.

Among the participants were ensembles that performed musical compositions and created a bright atmosphere of the festival of cultural diversity. The last chord was played by the Ukrainian Village Band.
