- The USA and Europe should increase the supply of long‑range missiles, modern armored vehicles, and air defense systems, including the possible provision of modern F‑16 fighter jets and new unmanned technologies.
- Ukraine insists on the implementation of a Kyiv security pact, which would entail long‑term defense commitments from its partners. It also plans to establish regional alliances with the Baltic countries, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the USA for rapid response to potential threats.
