During the National Republican Congressional Committee dinner in Washington, D.C., Donald Trump saidthat his tariff policy was a "war on the world", but later clarified that it was "not a war at all". He noted that world leaders were actively asking him to lower tariffs, using the phrase "kissing my ass".
Ukraine to hold talks with US on tariff elimination
