UNWLA New Jersey Chapter 65 Celebrates 70th Anniversary 

The Ukrainian Women's League of America (UNWLA) Chapter 65 in Whippany, New Jersey celebrated its 70th anniversary with a gala benefit banquet at the Ukrainian Cultural Center in Whippany. The event brought together members of the organization, community leaders, guests from neighboring chapters and partner agencies.

This was reported UNWLA Branch 65, NJ. 

The celebration was attended by UNWLA President Natalia Pavlenko, Regional President Nadia Nynka, and representatives of the organization's national and regional leadership. Delegations from branches in Maplewood, Middletown, Clifton, Jersey City and other New Jersey communities were in attendance.

The evening's musical program was provided by the Soloway Band, and the event was supported by a number of Ukrainian-American businesses and institutions, including the Ukrainian National Federal Credit Union, Veselka, MEEST USA, Soyuzivka Heritage Center, Taste of Ukraine, and others.

Organizers thanked both veteran and active members of the organization for their contribution to the longstanding work of UNWLA, which has been particularly active in supporting Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. In addition, the chapter actively supports the Ukrainian community in New Jersey by organizing cultural, charitable and educational events.

All funds raised during the event will be used to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
