The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has clarified the terms of the updated procedure for obtaining consular services in connection with the completion of the technical break and the resumption of the application.
As a result, men aged between 18 and 60 may apply for consular services at the consulate, provided that they submit a military registration document in electronic form, issued no later than three days before the visit.
Men of conscription age who have been deregistered for medical reasons, in accordance with the decision of the military recruitment office, may present a military ID card with a deregistration stamp. They will not be able to register with Reserve+ and receive an electronic document, as they are not included in the Oberig register of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists.
