US President Joe Biden has issued a strong statement on yesterday's Russian missile strikes on Ukraine.
Biden said he would welcome NATO leaders to Washington DC this week, where he would meet with President Zelensky. At the meeting, the President plans to make clear that US support for Ukraine is unwavering.
"Together with our allies, we will announce new measures to strengthen Ukraine's air defences to protect its cities and civilians from Russian attacks. The United States stands with the people of Ukraine", Biden concluded.
