In Chicago, Illinois, US presidential candidate Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the Democratic National Convention. She gave a speech in which she assured that if she wins the presidential election she will continue to support Ukraine and NATO.
This was reported during a live broadcast of Kamala Harris' speech at the Democratic Party Convention in the United States.
She noted that if she wins the election, she will support Ukraine and NATO allies.
"Five days before Russia attacked Ukraine, I met with President Zelensky to warn him of Russia's invasion plan. I helped mobilize a global response, a response from over 50 countries, to defend against Putin's aggression. And as president, I will stand with Ukraine and our NATO allies", she said.
At the convention in Chicago, Kamala Harris formally accepted the nomination for president.
