The heads of the US CIA and the British intelligence service, William Burns and Richard Moore, published a joint article in the British edition of the Financial Times, in which they emphasized the importance of continuing to support Ukraine in the fight against Russia.
This was reported by The Financial Times.
In the article, they emphasize the importance of "staying the course" in supporting Ukraine, noting that the partnership between their countries remains critically important. They stressed that their agencies will continue to work together to resist Russian President Vladimir Putin's aggression and protect Ukraine's sovereignty.
Intelligence chiefs confirmed that their services would continue to support Ukrainian intelligence and counter the "reckless sabotage campaign." They also intend to counter disinformation attacks by Russian intelligence aimed at creating a divide between the US and its allies.
The article also mentions that the intelligence agencies of the United States and Great Britain have reorganized to respond more effectively to challenges from China, which they call "the main intelligence and geopolitical challenge of the 21st century."
