The 21st Annual Washington Ukrainian Festival was held at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral. This large-scale two-day event celebrating Ukrainian unity and culture brought together numerous guests and participants.

Цього року організатори підготували для гостей справжній сюрприз – виступи відомих українських виконавців, зокрема переможниці конкурсу «Червона рута» 1997 року Каті Чилі під акомпанемент бандуриста Ярослава Джуся, а ще – Арсена Мірзояна та Тоні Матвієнко, “Комуна люкс – Одеса Булгар”. У програмі фестивалю також були танцювальні виступи ансамблю «Україна», які зачарували глядачів своєю майстерністю виконання народного танцю.
The event included an exhibition of traditional Ukrainian costumes, including clothing from the early 20th century and elements of Ukrainian folk costumes. For children there was an entertainment area with cotton candy. There was also delicious food, unique handicrafts, photo zones and even drone flights.
The organizers are very grateful to all participants who made the festival unforgettable with their talent and energy.
