A solemn event in support of Ukraine was held at the Chicago Cultural Center, which was attended by the honored guest of the US Army veteran Jennifer Pritzker, the band "Antytila", representatives of local authorities, the former mayor of Chicago Lori Lightfoot, diplomats from more than 25 countries, businessmen, politicians and opinion leaders.
This was reported by Consulate General of Ukraine in Chicago.
As part of the event, Jennifer Pritzker, a veteran of the US Army, received an award from the First Presidential Brigade of operational assignment named after Hetman Petro Doroshenko "Bureviy" for her significant contribution to support of Ukraine, which amounts to more than 5.4 million dollars. In February 2024, she visited Ukraine to personally support Ukrainians.
The event also included the presentation of works by photographer Oksana Kami from the "Warriors" project and the screening of the documentary (“Сulture vs War”). A number of charity events organized by Antitila will be announced after the end of their US tour.
