The Ukrainian Bandura Band of North America (UCB) is on tour, returning to the United States with its new concert program, Everything Will Be Ukraine - Ukraine Lives! The ensemble continues to amplify the voice of Ukraine and emphasize its unique cultural identity, visiting cities such as Chicago, Dickinson, Minneapolis, with Rochester and Buffalo coming soon.

"This is more than just music, it is a celebration of Ukraine's cultural heritage and resilience. By attending the concert, you will not only enjoy an evening of exciting music, but you will also be supporting an important cause", organizers said.
Proceeds from the concert will go to the Protez Foundation, which cares for wounded Ukrainian soldiers, and the Bandura Education Foundation.
"Everything Will Be Ukraine - Ukraine Lives!" is a concert program featuring the magical sounds of the bandura, a traditional 60-string instrument from Ukraine, and showcasing the artistic versatility of the bandura.
As part of the North Dakota tour, the bandura players visited the Ukrainian Mound of Glory of the Indomitable Spirit, where they performed the Ukrainian national anthem.
"North Dakota greeted us with a very beautiful sunny day and an extremely warm welcome with bread and salt from local Ukrainians. Our first stop was at a very symbolic place. When the first settlers from Ukraine came to settle these lands in the early 20th century, one of the first signs they placed here on this hill was a cedar cross, later replaced by a metal cross, which spoke volumes about the fact that these people believed in God," the choir members said.
The Taras Shevchenko Ukrainian Bandura Choir is a North American choral and instrumental ensemble dedicated to the preservation of the Ukrainian musical tradition and the art of bandura, founded in 1918.
