He emphasized that after the November 5 elections, more than 60 new members will join the Congress, with whom effective communication must be established.
“Our community is ready to inform them about our vision of ending this war, achieving Ukraine's victory, and further actions,” Savkiv added.
To this end, a number of initiatives are planned, including the so-called “advocacy days” of Ukraine. As part of these events, representatives of the Ukrainian community will hold direct meetings with lawmakers in their offices on Capitol Hill.
In addition, interaction with congressmen and senators is already underway in various U.S. districts and states. Savkiw emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States, which needs to be strengthened for the benefit of both countries.
