The American Coalition for Ukraine has called on newly elected U.S. officials to maintain support for Ukraine amidst continued bipartisan backing. The Coalition expressed its readiness to work with the 119th Congress and the Trump administration to strengthen the U.S.-Ukraine partnership.
This was reported by the American Coalition for Ukraine.
In its statement, the American Coalition for Ukraine emphasized the importance of maintaining U.S. support for Ukraine under the new officials. The Coalition, which unites around 100 organizations across the country, plans to continue its efforts to support the Ukrainian people in the new political environment.
“We represent ordinary Americans who support Ukraine, both those of Ukrainian descent and those without it. With a network that spans all 50 states and numerous Congressional districts, we help citizens connect with their elected officials to share why a strong, sovereign Ukraine is in the interest of the United States”, the statement reads.
“Continued bipartisan support for Ukraine over the past two and a half years shows that the United States remains a steadfast ally and partner”, the Coalition's statement continues.

They emphasized that cooperation with both parties is essential to achieving shared goals. The Coalition urged newly elected officials to engage with its activities, connect with constituents, and learn more about the importance of supporting Ukraine.
“Together, we can build a future where Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are fully restored”, Coalition representatives added, highlighting the importance of joint efforts.
The Coalition also expressed hope for the development and strengthening of existing U.S.-Ukraine relations and for the implementation of new initiatives that will benefit both countries in the future.
The Ukrainian National Women’s League of America (UNWLA) also supported the Coalition’s statement:
“As a founding member of the American Coalition for Ukraine, UNWLA fully supports this statement and urges everyone to continue advocating for Ukraine. Ukraine needs us now more than ever!” the UNWLA message reads.
