This Saturday, Salem, Massachusetts will host an evening of documentary films in support of Ukraine.
The event organisers promise guests a tasting of the finest wines of Ukraine, beautiful classical music and a stunning view of the harbour.
The evening is a charity event and all proceeds will go towards mine clearance in Ukraine and further efforts by filmmakers to tell the stories of ordinary Ukrainians who have survived the war.
"Winemaking is one of the many Ukrainian industries affected by the Russian invasion of 2022. The documentary Wounded Land: Ukraine's Unbreakable Spirit tells the stories of Ukrainian winemakers and farmers who are working to keep their entrepreneurial spirit alive during the war. It is an inspiring story of hardship, perseverance and deep love for their land", say the organisers.
