In Horsham, Pennsylvania, the territory of the Ukrainian American Sports Center "Tryzub" hosted the traditional and large-scale Ukrainian Folklore Festival 2025, dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence and the 75th anniversary of the center's activities. The festival brought together thousands of guests from different parts of Pennsylvania and neighboring states. The festive atmosphere was filled with music, singing, dancing, the aromas of Ukrainian dishes and a sense of a real community.

The main concert program continued throughout the day in the open air. The best Ukrainian diaspora groups and guests from Ukraine performed on stage. The dance ensemble "Voloshky" from Philadelphia caused a real sensation, whose performances combine refined technique and athleticism. Their hopak won the hearts of the audience and became one of the brightest moments of the festival.
The performance of Ukrainian superstar Iryna Lonchyna, “Honored Artist of Ukraine”, was no less emotional. She performed her favorite hits and presented her own compositions. The “Spirit of the Dance” ensemble from Washington presented a series of unique choreographic numbers that combined traditional dances and modern stage forms.
The violinist from Lviv, Innesa Tymochko-Dekaylo, who masterfully combined the classics with the sound of Ukrainian folk motifs, attracted particular attention. The quartet of the “Soloveyki” youth choir, which opened the festival with the performance of the anthems of the USA and Ukraine, impressed with its skill. The final note of the concert program was energetic music from the Vox Ethnika orchestra (New York), which gave the guests an evening dancing mood.
No less important part was the exhibition "Living Ukrainian History", where Cossack reenactors under the banner of Yasnaya Gora recreated elements of the Ukrainian past.
Festival guests had the opportunity to taste varenyky, golubtsy, borscht, Ukrainian sausage, as well as sweet pastries and BBQ dishes. A large arts and crafts fair offered embroidered shirts, ceramics, Easter eggs, jewelry and other crafts.
The organizers emphasized that part of the profit from the festival will be directed to humanitarian programs for Ukraine. All funds collected from tickets will go to support those affected by the war.
