Chicago's St. Nicholas Cathedral in Ukrainian Village hosted the "Let's Carol Together" caroling festival, the largest annual holiday event in Chicago and the surrounding area. The event brought together more than 25 choirs and ensembles who together created a true Christmas atmosphere of warmth and harmony. The unique holiday event united the community and raised $25,161 for medical treatment for Ukrainian soldiers.

The program was performed by 25 creative teams, that is almost 200 performers. Thanks to the talented conductors Maria Kirichenko and Igor Shumsky, the guests of the event enjoyed the authentic sound of carols performed by the best musical groups of the community. These included the Angelik and Vodohrai children's choirs, the Ridna Shkola Ukrainian Studies School, the Plishka Adult Choir, the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the Irmos Choir and the Stavros Men's Choir, the ISKRA Ukrainian Dance School, Chicago Garda Pipes & Drums, the Svashky Band folklore ensemble, and other talented groups.
The Parish of the Ukrainian Church in Palatine, Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church-Palatine, and CYM were represented by four groups. The folklore ensemble "Ethnos" made its singing debut that evening. And the vocal group "Ukrainian Soul" sang the hymn "What a Wonderful Thing.
The Melody Group was honored to be a part of the annual Caroling Together Festival at St. Nicholas Cathedral in Chicago. We were very pleased to contribute to this wonderful holiday by glorifying God and bringing joy through carols," some of the participants told Melody ElegyStudio.
The festival was not only an artistic celebration, but also a powerful charity event. Thanks to the support of the visitors, $25,161 was collected, which will be transferred to Ukraine for the medical treatment of Ukrainian soldiers, namely to the medics of the 12th Assault Brigade, the medics of the 46th Brigade and the Lviv Military Hospital.
The organizers expressed their sincere gratitude to all participants and guests for their support, emphasizing the importance of this event for the Ukrainian community in Chicago.
