US Diaspora Urged to Join “One United Fundraiser” for Anti-Shaheed Drones

The Ukrainian World Congress, the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation, and the 412th Nemesis Brigade have launched the North American tour of “One United Fundraiser” 2026, in partnership with Saint Javelin. The series of eight public events will take place in cities across the US and Canada and will be dedicated to supporting the Ukrainian Defense Forces and protecting civilians from mass attacks by “Shaheed” drones.

This was reported Ukrainian World Congress.

The events will feature open discussions, video presentations, and question-and-answer sessions with the foundation’s founder, Serhiy Prytula, Senior Lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Commander of the UAV Battalion of the 412th Nemesis Brigade Oleksandr Yarmak, Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Senior Officer of the Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Group of the Brigade Volodymyr Horodnychy, UWC President Pavlo Grod, and Director of the Unite with Ukraine Initiative Andriy Potichny.

A separate part of the events will be an exhibition of Ukrainian interceptor drones, a full-size model of a downed “Shaheed” and an interactive interception simulator that will allow visitors to understand in practice how modern anti-drone defense works.

The goal of the campaign is to raise 1 billion hryvnias (approximately 24 million US dollars) for intelligent interceptor drone systems, communications equipment, and critical equipment for air defense units. Since the initiative was launched in November, Ukraine has already raised nearly UAH 198 million (about USD 4.7 million). Now, organizers are reaching out to the Ukrainian diaspora and friends of Ukraine in North America to help achieve this vital goal.

“This gathering is a powerful example of the unity of our global community. Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine around the world are coming together to defend our shared values of freedom and dignity. The future of warfare lies in unmanned technology, and Ukraine is at the forefront of this transformation,” said Pavlo Grod.

Commander of the Darknode Counter-Drone Battalion, Oleksandr Yarmak, noted that the interceptor drones have become a “game changer.”

“Our unit alone has intercepted over 1,500 enemy strike drones. Additional systems will allow us to expand the defense zone and save even more lives,” Yarmak notes.

Serhiy Prytula added that Ukrainian military-tech companies have already created effective solutions that have been proven in combat, and the selection of systems was carried out after thorough testing. So the goal of the tour is to strengthen Ukraine’s defense from north to south, from east to west

‎This is indeed a very important gathering and I am convinced that thousands of kilometers away from Ukraine is not an obstacle to the noble desire to help protect Ukraine. Over the past 12 years, we have been convinced of this more than once,” adds Prytula.», – adds Притула.
